AEUP - Following are some of the most serious violations committed by members of the Government Police Force and cadres of the EPRDF in the Regional States throughout Ethiopia. The violations vary from ordinary intimidation and threatening for being AEUP party member to imprisonment for several days without court warrant and release without being charged for any crime but with warning that they must not be members of AEUP nor engage in AEUP activities to outright loss of life in the hands of security officers or EPRDF cadres. Federal security officers are also sent to regional areas to carry out the same violations as local security officers.  Full Text
