Dr Taye W/Semayat provides explanation on the ethnic based regional federalism system the Woyane regime had and still is experimenting on the Ethiopian people. Dr Taye also indicated the distinction between ethnic federalism and other federalisms in particular the one AEUP follows with further elaboration.
